games, dvd, cd`s etc. does not work

open your windows explorer and have a look on the cd if there is a file
called autorun. click on it and you should be on your way. it seems you
might not have the auto run enabled.
when i put some sort of game, cd etc into my computer, it will not run...

Sounds like the CD's Autoplay is faulty or has been disabled.

If you want to repair this, download the Autoplay fix from:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/3/2/2326455e-a840-4c61-bc28-3afa1820b240/AutoFix.exe
