game wont play

not sure if I'm in the right place, let me know. ? When trying to play a game
I get a message [ OT5.exe needs to close] info on this is [ Appname ot5.exe
Appver 0.0.0.0 Modname binkw32.dll Modver 1.0.22.0 off set
0001e1fd I do not know what any of this means and I would like to know
how to fix this so I can play the game. Game is The Oregon Trail 5th
edition , for my grandson. meaginn
