I have an HP ze5385ca notebook running WinXP home
edition. I create an administrator account, which I used
to install and configure a DLink wireless router. My
notebook is using a wireless card. I have a Dell
running WinME connected directly to the router. I have
configured file sharing (of specific directories) and
printer sharing. ZoneAlarm is installed on both computers
and the router is setup within the trusted zone, thereby
allowing the sharing of files and printers. Subsequently,
I installed a game Backyard Baseball 2003 (WinXP
compliant) using my administrator account. The program
runs within my account but will not run in a limited user
account. I created a new administrator account and the
program will not run from this account either. This
error message (.sputm90r has encountered a problem...send
report to Microsoft...) occurs in all accounts other than
the one that I installed the program with. Further
information on the error makes reference to the file
hpzntp04.dll. When I installed the program, I ensured
that I was not connected my LAN. Here's the strange part,
when I have my wireless connection active to the router,
the program will run in other accounts without error
messages.
