Game problems

Fantasia

My cd games used to work, but now everytime I put the cd
game in my computer, I get this message:

eng.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience.

So, I am unable to play the games. Any suggestions?

Thanks Jimmy, but when I went to the website to download
the software update for my Disney game, I received this
error message from the Disney website: The contents of
this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are
attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain
another copy of this file, verify it's inegrity, and try
again. (this happened after I clicked on the download for
my error).

So, I'm back to square one. Seems like even the Disney
website is having trouble with their own software update
downloads.
