Game installation problems

I am trying to install a PC based kids game
called "Finding Nemo" and get the following error, "1607:
Unable to install Installshield Scripting Runtime." I
haven't found anything on technet as yet. Would certainly
appreciate any ideas.
I have a PII, 300MHz/256MB/12GB.

I just had this error message at a customer. Clearing all Temp Directories
solved the problem there.
