want. BUT, it puts it in the middle of my screen with
black all around it and its REALY fustrating...... i know
its a display settings option of somekind but i dont know
what i did or how to change it back to the way it was
working (maby i'll back up everything reformat reinstall
windows xp and that will fix this stupid problem X_x
ugh....)i realy dont want to do that at all for somthing
this little HELP PLEASE. Whats funny is that only my
games do it..... everything else is in proper resolution.
Thanks.

Flat Panel or CRT display?

Tried adjusting vertical refresh rate (hz), position and size for that
resolution in Windows' advanced display properties? Ussually you can reach
these settings by right clicking on the Windows desktop and clicking
"Properties" in the resulting context menu. then click the "Settings" tab
and the "Advanced" button, in that order. Beyond that point the procedure
varies, as the advanced display settings dialogs differ with the various
graphics accelerator manufacturers.

Tried adjusting position and size with controls on the display?

I belive its a flat panel as its a laptop. My refresh
rate is stuck on 60hz becuase there is no other options.
and nothing else in that option screen changes
resoltuion. I'm stumped. thanks for the try RobertVA.

Hi,

Fn+T toggles full screen mode on and off in lower resolutions
on one of my laptops here. It should be something similar on
your laptop. :-)

I tried my Myst and although my resolution is fine everywhere else, it isn't
in this game. I get only the bottom half of the game screen. If I make
these changes suggested, all my other resolutions are different, too! How do
I change just for the games? Is it a Quicktime problem? My Quicktime
problem solver doesn't address this or give me options.

Right-click the link you use to launch the game, go into the Compatibility
settings and set the display for the originally intended mode.
