game download

i recently downloaded a game but after it was finished, i got message saying 'could not copy license file error0x50
i have since bought full version, but unable to open it with key code. is this because of error
any help please
 
Try run,type:%Temp
Then go to edit,select all,delete all,close-out,empty recycle-bin,restart computer
You should,also,internet options,click on,delete cookies,delete files-delete all of
line documents,then close out.
