Latest nvidia driver for your card is at:

Download this file, run it on your system, reboot and try the game again.
5200 is a pretty old card, you might go to the game makers website, and
make sure the card is a "supported" card for this game.

Oops, I just noticed that's the link to the Windows XP driver, and when I
choose Vista for FX cards, all you get is the year old Vista Beta drivers
for the 5200 FX.
What this probably means is that the 5200 FX is NOT supported in Windows
Vista. You may consider returning the card where you got it and socking the
Sales guy in the jaw for selling you this card.
Ask him for an inexpensive 7x00 AGP card (Just say "nVidia, Seven Thousand
Series, AGP card") because I don't think the 8000 series comes in AGP
models.
Alternatively you could get an ATi 2x00 card (usually 2500 or 2600) in AGP
for about the same price, and all of these cards mentioned have Vista
drivers/support.
If he installs the card tell him, "Install the latest drivers from the
manufacturers website, please." He should know what that means, or just tell
him you're going to be playing games in Vista. That should be enough for
anyone to steer you away from the 5200 FX.
