Game closing and going to task bar

When ever i go to play my simcity 4 it will open and then it will bring the screen down to the task bar. I have tried to change compatiability modes but that does not work, I do have a password on my account (my account is an aministrator accout). And when i turn of the password the game will work. I called the company that made the game and their is no patches for it. Please Help Me, thankyou
 
Hi Adam,

Since you said that when you disable the password the game
works, just as an experiment try the following:

Right click the shortcut to the game
Select Run As...
Enter your Account and password

Let me know the results please. :-)
