Gain internet connection from another PC

One of my two PCs has internet access. this PC also has
two network cards. Now I want my other PC to gain
internet conncetion from the first one. Is there a quick
way to achieve this? Do i have to make the first PC a
proxy server? Or do i have to download some kind of
software and install in the first PC? If so, would you
please recommend any free and good programs for me.

On the pc that has internet access, enable ICS on tab sharing of the
internet connection.
Why does this pc have 2 nics?

You can use ICS, or if this is broadband, better to get a small hardware
appliance - a router with a proper firewall. NetGear FVS318 is my fave for
SOHO use.
