Gadget Install - Need Help

I downloaded a gadget file named ShutDownDeluxe.gadget

When I double-click on it to install it, an error window opens up stating that Windows cannot open the file. The Web Service cannot find a program that can open this unknown file type.

How can I install .gadget files?
