Left click Start icon on toolbar. Go to "Administrative Tools" and click
"Computer Management", then left click "local Users and Groups", then double
click the "Users" folder, then right click "Administrator" and click on
"Properties". In that module, make sure the box labeled: "Account is
disabled" is cleared. Do NOT apply a password while in this module. This
worked for me, but I cannot take credit since I found the instructions on
another newsgroup or blog. Good luck!
