I have been using fxfoto 2.1.049 and upgraded to 3.0 but some of the
filtering features have been disabled. Can someone email me the 1.88 MB
setup .exe for the older version? I really like the way you can put mattes
around your photos with fxfoto...
 
Never mind, I found photofiltre which seems to combine the what I like about
Gimp and fxfoto in one program without any nag screens...
