FX 5500 splitting my desktop to a monitor thats not there!

So I ad to re-instaull windows on my computer. The FX5500 was working great,
but when I started the computer after the re-install...it is acting like I
have second monitor hooked up, so I only see half of the desktop...and the
other half is missing. Its on the phantom monitor! I am able to get widows
to open on the REAL monitor, but the windows are re-drawing really bad when I
move them around, and the quality is just poor.

Any help anyone??? I ve tried it all..re-install drivers, unistall drivers,
out and in the with 5500...all like the instructions say. Help!!!
