It is not a card I would recommend.

To start with it is a PCI card, not PCI-express,
has only 128MB, and it is at least 2 year old
technology.

whatever you get. I am running a 5250 that gets Aero Glass.

Got one.
I saw the Aero effect 'once' before the Fan went bad, when I bought a
replacement "upgrade" GPU cooling fan, the thing would not clear
adjacent components.
Nvidia Vista drivers behaved erratic when using with a Dual/triple
head setup.
If you are buying new, get a "current" card for your money.
