Fwd messages

I have a user that is trying to setup a rule to forward
all messages from a specific person (userA) to an
alternate personal email account. When the email gets to
his inbox it just sits there. If he goes to his rules
and says run now it shows that it has been forwarded and
there is a message in his sent box but the message never
gets to the recipient. I have also tested this on my
account by sending from one of my personal email
addresses to my business address and then forward onto a
different personal address. It does not work for me
either. Any ideas?

Windows XP pro
Outlook 2003 in an Exchange env
 
If the other address is not inside the Exchange environment, it probably
means the Exchange admin has left the default settings on the server, which
include disabling autoforward to the Internet (as well as autoreply and out
of office). Talk to the Exchange admin.
