Windows 10 Fuzzy or blurred text

Since changing from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I now have blurred text making many pages very hard for me to read.
When Googled, I see a lot of people have this same problem.
Anyone know if Microsoft are planning a fix for this yet?
