Futurex

When I boot my computer the "Find new hardware wizard" comes up and
offers to help install software for "Futurex".
I have no idea what Futurex is and haven't installed any new
hardware.Any ideas?

A search on google turns up some hits on "futurex." Seems to be software
associated with online purchases and/or data encryption. Also, if you
switch to the "groups" page at Google, you'll see that Wesley Vogel (an MVP
active in these newsgroups) tracked it down on his machine to the Aida32 or
SiSandra software and found a related service that could be disabled.
However, it doesn't seem to be related to hardware in any of the references
that I could find.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I recently downloaded Aida32 so Iassume that the
cause. It doen't seem to cause any problem other than having to cancel
it it time I boot. I'll try see if I can find the Wesley Vogel info.
I really appreciate your help.
