future Vuescan support for reflective media "ICE" (ATTN Ed Hamrick)

Ed, have you looked into support for the "second light source" that
the Epson 4870 (among others?) uses to provide ICE
wrinkle/tear/scratch removal from reflective media? Assuming, of
course, that it's not already in Vuescan. It's not a major issue for
me, but I'm interested nonetheless.

I've thought about this, but haven't gotten around to looking
into it yet.
