future events not showing in calander

I have an issue with outlook 2003 were when you view another users calander
you can only see the next 2 months worth of appointments. you cannot see
anything past that any idea's.

The calendar free/busy information may be setup to the default of 2 months.
This can be changed (on that persons calendar) by going to Tools - Options -
Calendar Options - Free/Busy Information
