Thank you for your reply. I had the user forward the
document to me, saved the document to my desktop, checked
the attributes, and they were not 'read only'
or 'hidden'. It shows as an '.xls' file and not a '.lnk'
file. Any further suggestions you may provide would be
greatly appreciated.
