Funnel multiple email accounts into Outlook

I have two email accounts. One is my personal email that I used while self
employeed and my company email located on a server. I am constantly on the
road. So... 1. I want to setup my Outlook on my labtop to have my personal
email funnel into my company email profile (as then the backup will be on the
server) and then my company email account into Outlook. Here's the kicker.
In order access my company email currently I use Outlook Web Access thru an
exchange server. 2. How can I get around the OWA so I can read my emails
offline? I want it to go directly into my Outlook on my laptop.

You don't mention what version of Microsoft Outlook/Exchange is involved,
but if you have Microsoft Outlook 2003/2007, ask the company if they support
RPC over HTTPS (a.k.a. Outlook Anywhere).
