Funky report actions

I have a report which in the report header is a subreport which shows my client info. Then in the page header there are 3 subreports, Work completed, Materials used, and inventory items used. until this weekend it would print correctly. Now it prints the Report header and page header on one page and the page header on another page. I have looked at the properties of all three subreports and they are exactly the same. Can anyone help please? Access XP is being used.

Do you mean it prints the report header on one page and the page header on the other

The issue could be that the contents/subreports of one of the groups have increased in height (eg one more row of data) which could shove the whole of the next group onto the next page
