functions question

I am trying to retrieve the top five sales on a excel database. I've tried many ideas but some of the expressions are not detailed enough for my beginner experience. The wizard was not of any success to me. Can anyone explain to me the function that is requried

Hi Abell
You could also try and do a sort of your data by selecting
your database and then sort by Sales ( descending)

You can select data>autofilter> then when it provides the drop down arrows
for each column, go to the sales column and select top 10. or perhap select
customize it in that drop down menu as well.
