Function to convert a number to text.

Hi

I am looking for code to convert a given currency amount (i.e.
321654.85) to the equivalent words (i.e. three hundred and twenty one
thousand, six hundred and fifty four pounsd and eighty five pence).
I have trawled the web and have found a few but haven't found anything
which fits my needs.

I need it to include 'and' in the relevant places to make good English
and I also need the decimals converted.

This is one of those things that initially appears quite
straightforward but is actually a pain the arse to do well.

If anyone has such a function it would be much appreciated otherwise I
will start fixing up one of the examples I have downloaded.
