function key for indent?

Is there a function key for the Indent function (like F7 in
WordPerfect), some key-function that would initiate a hanging indent
function? Any advice or information would be apreciated.

Ctrl+M to indent by one tab stop. Ctrl+T to create a hanging indent at the
next tab stop.
