How do I configure windows to open a new window as
fullsized each time, without having to maximize the
window manually? It is annoying to have this issue.

Right click + choose "properties" on the icon for the shortcut in question.
In the properties for the shortcut, you can change what window size you
want - minimize, normal, maximize.

You cannot do this for an '.exe' directly, you must create a shortcut first.

Obviously, you need to make sure you double click / select the shortcut
after you do this, not the original .exe

Not sure if you want this or not, but if you want it to always start along
with windows, then just copy or move that shortcut into your
Start->Programs->Startup folder.

Enjoy.

Drag window corners to screen corners. Then close holding ctrl and Shift
kens down together while clicking on the X in upper-right corner.
