fullscreen mode issues

i have been playing games on the toshiba games with wild coins that came
computer. well I've had no problems until recently. all of the games now only
are minimized even when you select fullscreen. I have tried downloading
drivers and changing settings. i have no clue what else to try please give me
some suggestions.

If the games are from the XP era try running the games in compatibility
mode.
