Full Zone Transfer without using AD

Ok. Here is the deal.. I have a primary DNS with tons of
Zones on it. My secondary bit the dust, and now I need to
transfer all my zones to the secondary.

Is there a way to do a full zone transfer without using
active directory? Or will I have to hurt my wrist doing
this manually? (This is for a web hosting company)

(** i dont have active directory running nor do I want to
enable it. so if there is a way to do this without
hooking up AD, please let me know **)

Thanks in advance for any help.

I'm not sure I understand exactly why this is a problem,
but I'd suggest simply sneaker-netting the *.dns files
from the primary over to the secondary and using
a programmable text editor to do the modest transformations
required for initial hosting up of the secondaries.
