Full Xp Pro CD says "Number of Activations reached" Now what do i do?

I've been moving this Hard drive with Xp Pro on it from
my backup to my regular computer and now after this fresh
install it gave me this bullshit? What am i supposed to
do now?

Simply choose the option to activate by phone.
Call the displayed number.
Done in about 5 minutes.
