FULL system restore

Is there anyway that you can complteley restore you're system to make it
complteley new, like you could w/all the other window, which i used to use.
 
No Windows operating system has ever provided such a function or feature.
Other versions with which you may have had experience probably came to you
with an OEM recovery procedure that either used a recovery partition on your
hard drive or provided a CD with an image of your setup as it was when it
was new.

The System Restore feature in Windows XP only restores your settings and
registry to a specific point but leaves the rest of the setup intact as is.

Unless your system builder or manufacturer provided you with such routine or
you made an image of your original setup the day you got it, the answer is
no.
