Full System Backup Folder

I re-installed windows and used the "full System restore (with backup)"
option and it made a folder called "C:\My Backup -- 07-09-19 0939AM" but it
wont let me access the folder that I need The folder that has "My Documents"
it.

Take ownership of the folder and you should be able to access it and its
contents.

My windows dose not have that option. There is no security tab when I click

For XP Home boot to Safe-Mode. You will find what you need in here:
