What is Fullstream? Is it like some extra built-in filter to improve movie
quality?

How do I enable it on radeon9000 card? It IS supported.

What programs support fullstream ?

I believe it reduces the pixel look you get with movies but it depends on
whether the player you use supports your card. I've read that the Realplayer
supports fullstream on R200 cards but Im not sure about that and Realplayer
is a horrible bloated piece of software so i dont touch it.
I dont think fullstream is anything to worry about.

I hate realplayer. I use real alternative from the former Kazaalite website.

It improves video by removing little artifacts in the output
by..indeed filtering. Great thing is that if you have a DX9 ati
card... that it also can remove the presure from your cpu by helping
watching divx movies on the card self... ...and that means full
acceleration/full quality..always!
