Full Screen/Desktop

I am currently running IE6. Each time I open it, it opens in a small window.
How can I set it up to open and use the entire desktop? I do not mean the
full screen mode you get when you press F11.

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.

I recommend using Quero Launcher, which is a small utility you can use to
create customized icons on your desktop for launching IE in your prefered
dimensions.

Create a shortcut and edit the target:

QLaunch.exe left=0%,top=0%,width=100%,height=100%

or simply use

QLaunch.exe maximized
