You can store Internet Explorer 6.0 locally for subsequent installations:
Option 1:
Order the IE SP1 CD from Microsoft:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp
Option 1:
Check this MSKB link on "Download-Only Setup of Internet Explorer on Windows
2000 and Windows XP"
