FTPing Information to Web Page Server

I can't get any of my information to upload to my web server. The file name
will show up on the remote web page but the file size will show 0B. If I try
to upload a jpeg, it just sits there and never finishes. I manage my church
web site and use Front Page 2003. I have been doing it for years and never
had a problem like this before. I have a service call in to my host server
provider, but have not heard back from them. Two days ago I had a problem
when uploaded information would not show on the remote site. I completely
delted the site, reloaded it and it started working. The next day, it
stopped working and nothing will upload.

By your subject line, I assume you are publishing using FTP.

Have you tried using a plain FTP client like WS_FTP to upload a file?
This will help isolate the problem.
