I am trying to set up an FTP site. I go to Start, Programs, but I don't have
an Administrative Tools menu.

I go to control panel, add/remove programs. Click on Add/Remove Window
Components and I don't have the Internet Information Manager as an option to
check. It's not there at all. I tried to put my system disk in but that
didn't work either. Any suggestions?

I know that I need to load that to get my FTP up and going.

Are you using Windows XP Home Edition ?
If so then you do not have Internet Information Server and thus you cannot
install the FTP server. In which case you have 2 options.
1. Upgrade (by buying) to Windows XP Professional
2. Use/Purchase a third party FTP server that will install on Windows XP
Home Edition.
