FTP site turn to HTML site when thru I.E

dear all,
anyone experience when they ftp://host.domain.com, it
appear as html instead of 'window explorer' alike .
which doenst' allow me upload and download to my FPT.

and i have no FTP option in my I.E advance configuration
page.

please advice me ASAP.
