FTP site error

When I try to access our company's FTP site, I get a "this
page cannot be displayed" error message. I have looked on
the Internet Explorer support page, and the only problem
listed that seemed similiar to mine, the fix did not
work. Everyone else in the office is on IE 5.5, and they
have no problem accessing the site. Any assistance that
anyone could offer would be great. Thanks.

Do you see the File Login As.. menu item after that?
Can you use it?

If not you may be able to code your userid/password as part of the URL.
Be aware though that there is *no* security when you do this.
Both the userid and password will pass through the network in clear text
for all to see. However, if you are only using this locally (e.g. not on the
Internet) then that may not be a problem.
