FTP Server Query!

I just want to know whether C# is the appropriate tool to develop a FTP Server
product with full functionality like http://www.nftpserver.com or
http://www.gene6.com provides?

which is most appropriate tool C# dotnet or c++?

You can use either. If you're talking about unmanaged C++, you will get a
small performance improvement using the unmanaged code, but you will get the
job done quicker using C#, and won't have to worry so much about things like
memory leaks.
