I'm trying to set up IIS FTP on a Windows 2000 Server.
For some reason after setting up the FTP site, and appropriate directory
permissions like I have so many other times it does not work.
However I seem to remember something about granting the user appropriate
rights. But I can't find any documentation on what rights those are.
I'm also curious if these permissions are and different on a stand alone
server and a domain controller, since the domain controller is currently our
temp iis server.
Last but not least, I wish to have user accounts that are solely for ftp
access and I do not want these users to be able to log on to local domain
computers. Please advise.
Thanks.
