ftp programm like winscp

Hello,

does anybody know a ftp programm like WinSCP? So it should have a
Norton Commander Interface (e.g. creating new directory by F7).

Where is the trouble with WinSCP : it is freeware and open-source.

WinSCP is not a ftp-client. It can only handle the SCP- or
SFTP-protocol (if I'm right).
But I want to do "simple" FTP-transactions, like it is possible with
WS-FTP. But I want to have a FTP-client which unterstands the NOrton
Commander shortcuts within a windows explorer like interface -- like
WinSCP.

I don't know any freeware ftp client having those NortonCommander like shortcuts.
