FSX rudder probs

I'm having a hell of a time getting my CH propedals to operate the rudders
correctly in FSX. Actually, they work but for some reason, most of the time,
the rudder yaws to the right uncontrollably w/o any input. It goes full
right by itself. I've restored defaults, tried calibrating it, etc but no
luck. Once in awhile, it works fine but most of the time while flying, it
just moves by itself. It gets unbelievably annoying where I do not want to
play the game any more. Short of uninstalling the game, I've tried
everything. I tried add/remove programs and just used the "repair" function
in XP thinking that it would take care of it.

Any suggestions? PS- the rudder works fine flying in BF2 so it seems like
only FSX is the problem

Hi just been reading in PC Pilot Mag that if using rudders then in the
control panel in FSX the null zones should be moved all the way to the left
this is also the same for the brakes, hope this helps

Thanks. I did notice that and tried moving them to the left. It seemed to
work temporarily. But everytime I went back to the config page, it returned
to where it was before. I tried clicking "simple control" but when I went
back to that page, it changed back to "advanced".

Thanks for the tip. I think I will work on making the changes stick and
follow your advice. It seems to be on the right track.
