FSMO Role Placement

All,
Our Primary site is in Plano with three domain controllers all set at GC's,
we also have a DR site in Phoenix with two Domain Controllers set as GC's.
Would there be any impact in moving the FSMO roles to the Phoenix DC's,
rather than having to go through the process of seizing them after a
disaster? Site link for Phoenix to Plano is 4.5Mbps. We are a
Win2K3/Exch2k3 shop.

No problems much better to move them then to ever have to seize them.

What if the DCs in Phoenix die first? There is a 2 in 5
chance that the first failure will be in Phoenix.
