FSAA off?

I'm using cat 3.9 so far, and I use to find a setting for switching FSAA
COMPLETELY off. But, cat 3.5 - cat 3.9 only can set FSAA to 2X. Is there a
solution for this?

Set it to application preference, then make sure your applications
don't select FSAA.
