FS2004 has artifacts/flickering when running on Windows Vista x64.
The graphic card is an NVidia 7300GT and the problem is the same with the
Vista rc2 drivers or the NVidia's 96.85s.
Processor is dual-core AMD 4200+
This does not happen on Windows XP x64, same PC, dual boot.
Any suggestions?

Waiting for nVidia to fix their drivers is probably the only realistic
solution for now.

Try this:

Have a new txt-file filled up with the following text, rename the file to
*.reg and double click it.

---snip---
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Direct3D]
"DisableThreadedDDI"=dword:00000001
---snip---

Christian:
I tried your reg solution but it didn't work.
(I did not forget to reboot after aplying the reg thing).
Funny thing is that there is no Direct3D branch on HKLM\Software\Microsoft
in Windows Vista x64 registry before aplying the "patch".
That branch is not existent.
Are you sure of the "path"?
