FS 2004 Disk 4 is bad

Hi,

Does anyone know how/where I can get a replacement? There are two files that
I can't install because the disk has a scratch on it that I can't seem to
remove. The two files are SAME.CAB and WORLD.CAB. I hope I don't have to buy
an entirely new FS 2004 to replace this one disk.

Thanks for any suggestions about how to recover this disk or buy a
replacement.

You could call the Microsoft support number listed here:

seriously doubt they're going to replace one CD of the four-CD set because
the user scratched it.

Thanks Chris. That's what I was afraid of. I have a legit copy of the program
and love it, but I was worried I would have to buy the whole thing again.
Sounds like that's what it will have to be.

Unfortunately, I believe that's the case. 8-( I'd say to call them, but
imagine it is really a waste of time.
