Hi,
Lately, when trying a link to a website, i constantly get
the message "page unavailable", or "syntax error" and you
cannot go anywhere! Anyone else have this problem?
New Dell laptop, with XP op system, that did not have the
problem a couple of months ago. It is all the time now,
and I don't know what to do.
I have found out, you sure can't go to Microsoft and ask
a question. At least I can't find a link that works. Nice
support for the top operating systme in the world!
So, any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Russ

More than likely you need to do some
maintenance...Disk Cleanup, Error
Checking, Defrag...

Have you installed Windows XP SP1?

Are you fully updated from Windows Update?

Also it might be worth a try to download
and install AdAware...it may find some
nasties in your system that are causing
problems.

Running a full system virus scan using
the most recent definitions is always a
good idea also.
