Hi,

I create detailed reports that I am trying to make a count of five clients
as one instead of 5 clients because five clients have the same record ID.

Your help would be much appreciated.

Angelo

Could you provide at least a sampling of records and how and where you want
to count them?

Hi Angelo,

From your descriptions, I don't know how could you make a count of five
clients as one as they have the same recordID. However, which one plays
role in identify them? Would you please give me some sample data and
detailed illustration?

Detailed information will be helpful for us to make closer to the problems
and please give me your table design when you think it's necessary to show
me the issue.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We are here to be of
assistance!

Sincerely yours,

Michael Cheng
