FrtontPage 2003 My file menu does not contain "New"

My drop down menu "File" does not contain the word "new" Not even greyed out.

"New is not on any of the other "drop downs" either

How do I start a new web site? How do I even get started?

Click the little "Chevron" mark to see the rest of the menu items or
just hover over them for a couple of seconds.

Click on the word File above the icon - the first selection will be New, then
select page, web, etc. Once you have a web set up, click on the icon to
create a NEW page etc within the open web.
